Dr. McManus is the primary spokesperson for Shaklee nutritional products and is responsible for designing and implementing clinical research, as well as delivering education on health and wellness topics. She has spoken to millions via public, radio, and television appearances, and has led seminars for health care professionals in over 45 countries. She has published articles on health topics in dozens of magazines and newspapers, and her book, Your Personal Guide to Wellness, provides an overview of nutrition and lifestyle and the use of nutritional supplements to assist with the management of today’s most challenging chronic health conditions.

Pamela Manning is a Registered Dietitian with a Masters Degree in Human Nutrition in Health and Disease. She has over 23 years of professional experience in the field of nutrition and has been part of the Shaklee Health Science Team for over 13 years. Her current responsibilities at Shaklee include helping to develop products that are safe and effective and educating consumers about the scientific integrity behind Shaklee products.

Barb Hill Behar – Master Coordinator
Barb Hill Behar and her husband, Sandy, live in California. Barb has been a Master Coordinator since 1998. Her favorite part of Shaklee is helping others enjoy the lifestyle and benefits. Her goal is to double her business in the next three years. Barb has served on the Masters Executive Committee for three years.
Carlos Cortez, Lifetime Master Coordinator
Carlos and his wife Evelyn begin their Shaklee business in 1983 with a strong focus on sharing the benefits of wise supplementation for improved wellness with their customers. They became Shaklee Business Leaders in April 1984 and achieved the rank of Master Coordinator in 1990. During his over 25 years with Shaklee, Carlos has conducted countless trainings and presentations to small and large groups and is frequently recognized as a top performer and incentive trip earner.
Jennifer Glacken – Master Coordinator
A Shaklee product user for over 15 years, Jennifer Glacken built a Shaklee career after her husband, Dan, was laid off from his corporate job. She became a Shaklee Master Coordinator in November 2007 with massive growth as her current goal. Shaklee has given Jennifer a chance to contribute significantly to the family income while home schooling her two children.
Pat Hintze – Master Coordinator
As a top trainer and income earner, Pat Hintze has conducted live training classes to more than a million people all over the world in his 17-year career. His humor, common sense, and personal experience provide audiences with useful and effective skills for success.
Ruth Kutz – Senior Key Coordinator
Ruth Kutz grew up as a Shaklee kid. Her parents sponsored into Shaklee 37 years ago. For her 18th birthday, she got what every 18 year old wants…A Shaklee Distributorship! Okay…so not every 18 year old wants that…but it was the door to a life time of freedom and rewards. Ruth has built her own business, partnered with her parents, built her own business again and in 2007, after the sudden death of her Dad – is now partners with her Mom, Irene.
Renae Leiss – Senior Key Coordinator
Renae Leiss is one of the top trainers in the network marketing industry. She is a motivated, passionate Business Leader whose mission in life is to develop strong Leaders globally for Shaklee. Renae has been a dynamic health educator and network marketer for nearly two decades. She is a sought-after speaker and a million-dollar Shaklee earner.
Kathi Minsky – Master Coordinator
Kathi Minsky and her husband, Mike, began their network marketing career in Fairbanks, Alaska, in 1996. Their plan was to build residual income and retire to the “lower 48.” Using the Internet to enhance her outreach methods, Kathi reached the top level in her company in just four years. In 2004, Kathi and her team joined Shaklee. Kathi and Mike are now living their retirement dream in Nevada.
Mary Oosterhouse – Presidential and Lifetime Master Coordinator, Vice Chairperson - Shaklee Masters Executive Committee
Mary Oosterhouse has been with Shaklee for 40 years and is one of the most experienced Leaders in the Shaklee Field. Mary's professional background is in Education, having served as both a classroom teacher and superintendent of schools. She has built a vast organization in Shaklee and earned numerous incentive trips and awards. Mary currently holds the coveted rank of Presidential Master Coordinator and serves as Vice Chairperson of the Shaklee Masters Executive Committee.
Jane Pederson – Senior Executive Coordinator
Jane Pederson comes from 18 years as a software developer in the Silicon Valley. When she started having children, much her surprise, her priorities changed. Her career took a back seat to the notion of nurturing 2 little ones to become happy, healthy and well rounded contributors to society. It was with this goal that she started a Shaklee business. Jane knew nothing about this industry, she knew nothing about nutrition (other than what we learn watching commercials), and she certainly knew nothing about starting her own business. “Diving head first into Shaklee was the best thing I could have ever done, because with momentum comes more momentum, it’s so simple, the faster you go, the faster you grow,” says Jane. “With EXCITE you have something right in front of you that can totally change your business. Attend EXCITE over and over until you are an Executive Coordinator and bring as many Business Builders, as you can with you. This is about empowering you and your people and helping you grow your organization!”
Rick Seymour – Senior Key Coordinator
Rick Seymour was mis-employed as an Aerospace engineer for 18 years before going full time in Shaklee 25 years ago. He was a trainer and professional speaker to most of the Fortune 100 companies for 7 years and is the author of a book on goal-setting called "God in Your Goals." He and wife Aldona qualified for 11 President's Club trips over the years and have been blessed with a six-figure income all of those years. Shaklee has given them a wonderful lifestyle and the freedom to enjoy their 4 kids, 8 grandchildren and 2 great-granddaughters.
Allan Sharapan – Lifetime Master Coordinator
Allan and his wife Hannah live in Pennsylvania and started their Shaklee business in 1979. Working their business part-time, the Sharapans were able leave their former careers just two and a half years later. Today, Allan and Hannah lead a vast organization that is still growing even after 30 years! Thanks to Shaklee, the Sharapans have been able to travel the world and enjoy a second home in Florida. They are the proud parents of three daughters, including Ashley DeAngelis, a Shaklee Senior Executive Coordinator.
Jeanne Toovell – Master Coordinator
Jeanne Toovell and husband, Steve, are former public school teachers who reached the top rank of Master while Steve worked full-time and Jeanne was a stay-at-home mom. Jeanne has spoken throughout the U.S. and Canada for Shaklee. In 2007, their organization was recognized as the Number One Team in BGV growth at the Nashville Global Conference.
Angel Torres – Lifetime Master Coordinator
Angel, his wife Evelyn and his three daughters live in Puerto Rico. Before joining Shaklee, Angel was a college professor teaching Bio Medical Engineering. They have built a large organization not only in Puerto Rico, but also in the U.S. Currently, Angel works as Field Consultant to the CEO, Roger Barnett, using his skills and experience to help the corporation put in place growth strategies and trainings like First Step Training, EXCITE, Future Masters, and Shaklee University, among others.
The FastTRACK and Power of 10 incentives are new and there are no average earnings for this additional income. The average annual income in 2008 for the Business Leader ranks ranged from $10,798 for Directors to $580,573 for Presidential Master Coordinators. Average annual income by rank is based on the average monthly Form 1099-MISC income for all U.S. Business Leaders who held the rank that month and added for the 12 months of 2008. Results will vary with effort. Shaklee Corporation does not guarantee that any particular income level will be achieved.
